All photographs were taken
with a Hasselblad motor-driven camera, in which the 2.25" x 2.25" film
area is about 3.5 times larger than that of popular 35mm film, resulting
in images of greater detail and quality. Our favorite photo lab,
Light-Works, Inc., http://www.lightworksvt.com,
located in Burlington, VT handles all of our photographic work, from film
processing to gallery prints. Each transparency is scanned at high
resolution on the Howtek High Resolve 8000 Drum for the sharpest most detailed
scanning available. The digital photographic Light Jet 5900 printer
produces color prints of unequaled sharpness, detail, brilliant color saturation,
consistency and accuracy. Each image is carefully cropped by Russ
into the final print format. Prints are made on Fuji Crystal Archive
photographic paper having expected archival life of 60 years. Prints
may be purchased either matted or unmatted. All matted prints are
matted using archival 100% cotton rag board.
